Terms of Service Agreement

Thank you for your interest in participating with Tokyo Opera Studio. By applying, you agree to the following terms:

Application Fee: An application fee of $10 is required to cover administrative costs. This fee is non-refundable and serves to ensure commitment to the application process. This fee guarantees that your application will be reviewed, but it does not guarantee acceptance into any role or event.

Review Process: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis as they are received. Each applicant is evaluated based on merit and fit for the role or program they are applying for. Your application might be considered for future opportunities even if not immediately cast.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status in our recruitment, casting, or any other program operations.

No Guarantee of Role: Applying does not guarantee you a role or spot in any of our productions or programs. Selection is based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, performance, suitability for the role, and program needs.

Application Fee: Unless specifically stated otherwise, all application fees submitted for any services, features, or processes within our platform are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for account setup, premium services activation, or special feature access. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that these fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, except where required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Right to Cancel: While it’s highly unlikely, we reserve the right to cancel or modify any program or event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify applicants and participants in advance and provide alternative options where feasible.

Use of Personal Information: By submitting your application, you consent to the collection, use, and distribution of your personal information for the purpose of reviewing your application and potential casting. This information will be shared with members of our team involved in the casting process. Community and Conduct: Participants are expected to contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment. Any behavior that is deemed harmful or disruptive may result in your removal from the program or event without refund.

Changes to Terms: We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to participate or apply to our programs, you agree to the latest version of these terms.
Operational Information: Tokyo Opera Studio is managed and operated by Horizon Arts LLC. All activities, programs, and services provided by Tokyo Opera Studio are under the governance and operational management of Horizon Arts LLC.
